Are records uploaded automatically?
No. Records normally stay on the device. Cloud copies are optional and enabled individually.
Does one credit equal one operation?
Not always. Every feature has its own cost, shown before it starts. Complete captures cost more than individual searches.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. The process is available in the app and on the dedicated public web page.
Are intelligent results certified?
No. They are suggestions and supporting information that must be verified against official sources, especially for manuals, recalls and safety.
